Open Mic Day

Been busy preparing teaching resources for my SEED. anyway, i just bought a play microphone for school. i will be having an audition for my singing competition this wednesday so the students can use the mic. after that, it can also be used for story telling and what not...i hope it helps those soft spoken ones who are always eager to contribute and share but whose voice no one can hear...

talking about the singing competition, once i announced it to my P1 and P2, the whole class got so excited. most of the talkative ones want to join but there are quiet ones who actually put their hands up as well...my Aidil's reaction is the best, he immediately started singing the Pop Yeh Yeh song. He continued singing all the way to his form class...my P2 as usual, started asking lots of questions, can we sing Hindustan, Arabic (must be from Mawi!), why cannot, can we dance, i got no CD how, and the list goes on and on...wonder how many participants i will get. hopefully it won't be like my colleague. she actually open the mic to her students and several students came up to the mic and just stood there staring at the whole class! some put up their hands and when asked what song they want to sing, they just shrug their shoulders...aaaahhhh, so irritating!

will be going for another checkup today. hopefully we will be able to confirm the baby's gender. my hubby's cousin who is 5 months pregnant now, already know that the baby's a girl...

i can really feel the movements in my stomach now...at times, the movements can be quite sharp. it's not painful or anything. my hubby gets excited everytime he manages to feel the movements. our baby can be playful sometimes...when i can feel movements in there, i will inform my hubby to put his hands on my stomach but the moment his hands are on my stomach, the baby will stop moving...hehehe...i think the baby is doing it on purpose just to spite the daddy...hehehe.
